Part 11: Dakuon and Handakuon
Letters with two small dots are called Dakuon. It is the voiced sound of か, さ, た, は-row syllables.
Letters with a small circle are called Handakuon. It is considered to be the half-voiced sound of は-row syllables.
Reading
The pronunciation of じ and ぢ, ず and づ are the same.

Drill Exercise
Drill C is designed to train typing ability. In Japanese text input method, keystorokes for some characters are different from the Rōmaji spelling.
For example, to input the letter "ん", you have to type "nn" in many cases. To avoid confusion, please double-check the rules.
