カ キ ク ケ コ belong to カ-row in the 五十音図 [gojūon-zu].
Same as Hiragana, Dakuon letters are indicated by two small dots.

Compared to Hiragana, Katakana letters have more straight lines, and the shape is simpler.
Some of Hiragana and Katakana letters look quite similar. Try not to mix up.
